  • Quiet Closed Eyes

Burdens of a lost morose gaze
    Twisting Sunlight
    Has vanquished the sunken curls
    From a young girls face
    Years ago
In a soft and dripping place
    Where silver soaked memories creep
    Above
    There are foot prints
    And fingertips
That still have the chance to unfurl her strange intentions
    100s of years later
When her form is known only as some
Distant memory of fragments in another place

  • Far from the Flowers

    Willow halo
    Resting breeze,
    Spinning spell
    from quaking trees.
    Restless eyes,
    Shivering child
    Sent floating
    endless stream.
    Eyelids brace
    Silver wings.
    Aching halo,
    Rest in peace.
    Liquid lapping,
    slips through fingers,
    unmoving, still…
    Through the mute river,
    An endless bliss,
    caressed the vision,
    Kept in the river
    Through hearts in time.
